Operating Instruction

Reservation Notice

After confirmation of route and price by both parties, a reservation confirmation slip will be provided.
The reservation is made after clients check and arrange payment according to the confirmation slip.
Information of the driver and bus will be provided a day before the usage.
Minor changes related to the route can be made during the usage, however, significant changes will not be accepted.

Cancellation and Refund

1. If you cancel 7days before the date of use, you will be refunded the full amount of the reservation. (Excluding remittance fee)
2. If you cancel within 7 to 3 days of the date of use, you will be charged 50% of the charter bus fare.
3. If you cancel within 3 days of the date of use, you will be charged 100% of the charter bus fare.
5. Please note that weekends and holidays cannot be canceled.
