Reservation Notice
- Please fill out the inquiry form and click the submit button.
- After confirmation of route and price by both parties, we will provide a confirmation slip
- After checking, please arrange payment according to the confirmation slip.
- Information of the tour guide will be provided a day before the tour
- The guide’s transportation and meal expenses will be charged separately

Cancellation and Refund
- If you cancel 7 days before the date of use, you will be refunded the full amount of the reservation. (Excluding remittance fee)
- If you cancel within 7 to 3 days of the date of use, you will be charged 50% of the tour guide fee
- If you cancel within 2 days of the date of use, you will be charged 100% of the tour guide fee
- Please note that weekends and holidays cannot be canceled.
