Operating Instruction
Reservation Notice
- After confirmation of route and price by both parties, a reservation confirmation slip will be provided.
- The reservation is made after clients check and arrange payment according to the confirmation slip.
- Information of the driver and bus will be provided a day before the usage.
- Minor changes related to the route can be made during the usage, however, significant changes will not be accepted.
- According to Korean Law, a bus driver’s working hours should be under 10 hours.

Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation and refund are unavailable within 3 days before the usage.
- Cancellation is available 3 days before the usage, a 50% refund will be made.
- Cancellation is available 7 days before the usage, a full refund will be made.(Cancellation request will not be accepted during holidays)
